People have used the sun for years for power, not in the sense of the new solar energy power, but other ways. Placing clothes outside to dry via the sunlight and wind. But now you have the option of using the sun to power a lot more of your daily usage. To power lights and so much more of your home and save on those bills.

Yes you may run a bit of cost at the beginning to assembly your solar power units, but in the long run you will save. Saving a tremendous amount of money through the use of solar cells is something many are willing to try.

Finding ways that you can light those 100 watt bulbs, through only the use of a meter of that solar panel that you have up. That’s all the energy that is needed to light a bulb plus you have all that extra power left over.

Use it to heat your water via those panels that are placed on top of your home. Yes you do have a few disadvantages if you live in a cold area when it comes to heating the water. Because when it gets cold out you have steps you need to take so that water will not freeze.

However, those sunnier areas will benefit greatly from this right away. Once the technology advances more it’s sure to be something that many people will benefit in all areas of the world. What about a solar furnace though to help keep your area warm?

Not only that but it can be used to cook and prepare the food that is needed. Yes when you use it to stir up the coffee or tea, it may take a bit of time. But again technology is always advancing and you will surely see many benefits from this type of power.

I thought you may be interested in reading some of the bullet points contained in this post about cheapest electricity and power solar wind
