Power Solar Wind Alternatives Help Make A Change

Our fossil fuel reserves are failing and no one knows how long the oil will be around. Some experts say oil will be gone in a few decades. It makes no sense to sit and wait for someone else to rescue you so using alternative power solar wind and others will start the trend for a new way of living. There are plenty of reasons to choose another alternative of energy:

Our environment has been seriously damages from fossil fuels. In 2002, scientists concluded that in the next decade we will see a drastic change in our weather. Oceans will rise from the melting of the glaciers, drastic events of the weather, and droughts in the inlands. Every individual has their own home, however we all share one home, our planet, and we need to care for it.

Using fossil fuels are damaging to people, our crops, our animals and more. Air pollution is being contaminated by fossil fuels. Some pollutants caused by fossil fuel are carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, and hydrocarbons. Power plants cause nitrogen oxide and cars are the main cause of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons. These pollutants may cause headaches, respiratory infections, and pneumonia, among other problems. Some illnesses don’t appear until many years later.

Fossil fuel damages our waters and our land also. Unintentional but severely damaging is oil spills, which results in the loss of animals and plants. The ashes from coal mining mixed with water (as it washed through these mines) will form acid, which washed into the ocean and affects the land also.

Thermal pollution is also a problem. Fossil fuel burning takes place during the electricity-generation process and this produces heat energy. A lot of this energy is released in the environment and water. Although heated air is not an issue, heated water is and can cause problems for our aquatic ecosystem. Take matters in your own hand and change how you power your own home. Make a change, starting with you and your home. Alternative power solar wind and other alternatives can help turn around our planet before it is too late.

Earth 4 Energy - DIY DVD Series

Real Customer Testimonial Below:

My wife and I have been looking for good information on renewable energy solutions for some time now because of the recent price increase in traditional energy sources. After receiving your Earth4Enregy guide we made our own solar panel grid, and it is giving us more than enough energy to power our household appliances. Our next step is to build a wind powered system for those cloudy days. We have already noticed how much money we can save! Thanks again for giving us the know how to help make this a better world for our kids and grand kids.

Home Made Energy - DIY

Real Customer Testimonial Below:

After reading your book I haveve decided to go with the solar system. Although it is very rainy in UK, there is enough Sun to power it up. In UK the price of electricity is probably bigger than in US. So I do not know if you realize how great this is for our money savings. By the way, you have put a lot of work in the HomeMadeEnergy guide and it shows. I want to congratulate you for doing this. I really do not think you will go wrong with Home Made Energy!

Energy 2 Green - DIY Training

Real Customer Testimonial Below:

When work cut my hours, I honestly did not know how I was going to make ends meet. When I first heard about your book from a friend at work, I did not think it was for me. I cant start the lawnmower half the time so I did not think I could possibly build a solar panel or windmill, but I had to cut cost somehow or risk me and my 2 small children becoming homeless. Not only did it help us save $100 each month, the electric company is now sending us a check each month!

I highly recommend Energy 2 Green to ANYONE!

Are You Considering Generator Wind Technologies?

By: Ryan Narendra

For a long time, there has been consistent talk about the need to ‘go green, ‘ but it seems that it wasn’t until very recent developments in the economy that many people have taken it to heart. With energy costs skyrocketing, the need and desire for alternative fuels has too, and as competition increases in this field more and more innovative ideas have been developing. Not only is it this good for the environment, but it can help to wean this country off of its dependency on petroleum-based fuel and energy products, both foreign and domestic. Ironically, generator wind, one of the earliest forms of energy machinery is still very popular today and has helped lead the charge to utilize technology to solve our energy crisis.

The windmill was one of the first types of energy technology, long before the development of the internal combustion engine and fossil fuels, demonstrating that ingenuity and simplicity can indeed provide a great way of life. While it is one of the oldest, it is also still one of the most efficient, providing no emissions in the process. This technology uses turbines that move in response to wind resistance.

The turbines pass their energy to a gear mechanism, motor, or into an electric component that can store it for later use, like a battery.

Wind turbines are much like hydroelectric power which also captures the kinetic energy of a natural force, but in this case, water. You might recognize this power source as dams, which can be large or small, depending on the community they supply.

It doesn’t matter if you are looking to reduce energy costs in your home or work place, generator wind technologies can help you. It is a process that has been helping improve the life of independent farmers and public corporations alike, and it can work many benefits for you too.

As I was writing the above article, it struck me that you may be interested in reading this too: I hope you find it useful power bill pay and cheapest electricity

A Simple Wind DIY Project

diy turbine wind

wind generator diy

By: Ryan Narendra

With the latest energy crisis on our hands, many people are looking for alternative fuels and other energy sources to help alleviate the tension. Some are definitely interested in saving money while petroleum prices continue to skyrocket. Others are looking to make their lives greener and are looking towards future technologies with open minds and hearts. Ironically, though, it is not in the future where much of these innovative ideas reside, but in the past. For example, hydroelectric power utilizes the energy stored in water flow that was originally conceived in villages near waterfalls. Similarly, windmills evolved into the giant turbines that are still popular today. Wind DIY projects are actually quite popular with the current home-made crowd, and it’s easy to see why.

You can make your own wind turbine with some standard materials for not very much money. Here is a general list of materials that you can use:

1. Square tubing2. Floor flange’or rotating dolly wheel3. Nipple4. Self-tapping screws5. Amp-blocking diode6. Motor bolts7. PVC pipe8. Lightweight metal (for the tail balance)9. Bolts and washers10. Paper and tape

Of course you’ll also need a small Treadmill Motor, which you can find at motor surplus outlets or online. A fair ratio is about seven amps per thirty mph wind. For this wind DIY project cut the square tubing to the desired height. Cut some of the PVC pipe and shape it to the slightly contoured edges of your propeller blades.

You will run these through a hub that connects to the treadmill motor. Safely install the wiring that connects the motor to which is then used to power any other type of electrical device of equal power. This is an extremely general look at a possible rig, but it’s a start for many people who don’t know where to begin.
